Ready-to-ship info

Since my products are handmade, most collections will be limited edition, with small quantities available at a time.

Please note: my ready-to-ship processing time is 3-5 business days. I cannot rush shipments of my products, so please plan ahead.

Important: If you order any ready-to-ship items with a preorder item, both will be processed and shipped together in 3-4 weeks.

Will you restock [insert design name]?

When it comes to restocking designs, the answer is often “maybe.” Due to the handmade nature of my work, planning restocks can be tricky. I personally shop for materials and craft everything myself, which means I have a limit on how many orders I can handle at once.

Factors like personal time, material availability, and demand all play a role in whether or not I can restock a specific design. While I sometimes manage to bring back popular character designs, I rarely plan preorders far in advance.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items: 3-5 business days
Preorders: 4-6 weeks

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping time.

Every item at Lucy’s Grotto is handmade, so processing times can vary. Once your order is complete, I’ll send you tracking updates via USPS. Shipping times will depend on the delivery method you select at checkout.

Can I have my order shipped by a specific date?

As I work on a strict schedule, I'm unfortunately unable to rush orders. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please refer to my processing times and plan ahead when ordering from Lucy’s Grotto. I appreciate your understanding and patience!

Do you do custom orders?

I do offer custom orders! You can request them through my Patreon under the "Slayers" and "Guardians" tiers when I have openings. This option is available to anyone in the United States. Unfortunately, I’m not able to ship custom orders internationally at this time.

Do you accept returns/cancellations?

I’m happy to accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. However, I don’t offer returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to help!

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address! Just let me know within 24 hours of placing your order so I can update it promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only offer shipping within the United States on this platform. I’m sorry for any inconvenience!

However, if you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, I can sometimes arrange a special order through PayPal. Please fill out my contact form under "Quick Links" below to send me an email, and I’ll see how I can accommodate you!
