Will you restock [insert design name]?

Most of the time, the answer is maybe!

Because of the nature of my production process, it's hard for me to plan certain design restocks. I shop for materials and hand-make everything by myself so I have a limit on how many orders I can handle at a time.

I also have to consider things like personal time constraints, material availability, and product demand.

Sometimes I'm able to restock certain character designs, but I rarely plan preorders far in advance. I regularly share updates on Instagram to keep you up to date on everything related to Lucy's Grotto, including preorder drop info, so I highly encourage you to follow my page @lucysgrotto.

I always appreciate your feedback on which character(s) you'd like to see restocked! Thank you!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing time for ready-to-ship items: 3-5 business days

Processing time for preorders: 3-4 weeks

PLEASE NOTE: Processing times do not include shipping time.

Everything in Lucy's Grotto is handmade and the time to process orders varies. Once your order is complete, you will receive tracking updates from USPS. Shipping times depend on the method of delivery you choose at checkout.

Can I have my order shipped by a specific date?

Because I work on a very strict schedule, I unfortunately cannot rush orders. Please refer to my processing times and plan ahead before ordering from Lucy's Grotto.

Do you do custom orders?

At this time I am not taking any custom order requests.

Do you accept returns/cancellations?

I gladly accept cancellations, but please make your request within 24 hours of purchase.

I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but please let me know within 24 hours so I can change it in a timely manner.

Do you ship internationally?

On this platform, I currently do not offer international shipping and only ship orders to anywhere in the United States, I'm sorry!

However, I do still have an Etsy shop. If you are located outside of the United States and would like to place an order from my shop, please fill out my Contact form under Quick Links below to send me an email. I may be able to accomodate you through Etsy!
